Again because of the temps in the 40s and 50s at the slopes we went to A-Basin. This was a mistake. The wind at the top was blowing at 70-80 MPH. The Montezuma lift, in and out of the snow bowls, were closed. The wind was causing the chairs to swing into the support beams. This can be very dangerous. I started out to ski in my shorts and quickly put my full outfit on. Grandma was blown all over the slope at the top. We finished the day ONLY skiing from mid mountain to the bottom. At the end of the day, we went BEACHIN at the BASIN.
