This morning as I was looking out the window and telling grandma how beautiful it was out, I saw a jeep hit black ice on RT70 and flip over. I immediately called 911 and reported the accident. Within 2 minutes, a police car, fire engine and tow truck were on the scene. There were no injuries thank goodness. We were going to Beaver Creek but after the accident we decided to stay local and go to Breckenridge.
Conditions at Breckenridge were great - No wind and no lift lines. It looks like the kids are back at school. If the weather stays the same, we will make it to Beaver Creek tomorrow.
